All completed applications must be submitted to the Planning Department prior to the last business day of the month preceding the meeting. A letter will be sent to property owners in the vicinity of the property in question, to inform them of the proposed project and provide them with the opportunity to comment. Our staff will prepare a report with recommendations to the RPAC which may be examined at the office of the Planning Department on the Friday preceding the meeting. All information on file, including correspondence between the Planning Department and the Applicant and comments made by any other person in support of or against the proposal is considered public information and can be accessed. The Planning Department does not consider anonymous comments.
